Starlight Little Girls Mocha Grey Party Dress with Tulle & Gold Effects Skirt

Simply stunning party dress with its flared tutu style skirt adorned with gold stars.  The neck and cuffs have a slightly scalloped edge which makes this dress ever so pretty.  We love the muted dusky colours too - this one is in a rich mocha grey and we also have it in a lovely mink pink too (as shown off by our lovely model).
