Misses Dress and Neck Tie or Tie Belt.

Flared dress (all views) has tucked front, pockets in side seams and back zipper closing; full-length, tapered sleeves with gathered cap have hemline opening with button and loop closure. View A has collar and neckband. View B has contrast collar and neckband. View A and B have tie which may be worn as neck tie or tie belt. View C has eyelet ruffles on neckband and sleeves. Purchased petticoat is optional for all views.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
